Hi! I recently got a top and set from your shop <3 I like it! makapal sya for its price kaya why i like it haha. The only thing po I would like to raise is the fitting on the neckline. I got the tone racer tank top in size L (and XL) and when I bend down nakikita yung boobs ko halos kasi maluwag sya. Ok yung fitting sa body ko but the fitting on my neckline is maluwag (i think because my bust is not that big or maybe i got a wrong size haha idk. ). Since, I got 1 large and xl mas maluwag pa yung xl. I do pilates po so my mga exercises talaga na need magbend or yumoko-yoko so nabobother ako. I hope you would consider this po in your future designs, thank you!

Thank you for reaching out and sharing your concern and we're so happy you loved your first purchase! We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience with regards to the bust area. There was an error in our recent production that caused a 1–1.5 inch difference in sizing, and because of this, we recommend sizing down for this batch so that it will be the same measurements as your usual size. So if you're usually a size small, we'd recommend extra small for the tops in our neutrals collection!
We have also included this sizing information and recommandation on our website but rest assured, we’ve already resolved this issue for our December restock, and the sizing will match our previous tops moving forward so the bust area will not be loose anymore.

I’ve always been a small in your previous collection and I love how snug they are. But in your Neutrals Collection, Small was too loose. Despite the long wait, happy with the assistance I got for the return and exchange to XS. However, as you can see in the photo, it’s not snug on the chest. I ordered all the colors in Small but I only got to exchange 3. I’ve been an avid fan of your items but not sure if it’s still for me. :(

It was our oversight not to include this information on our website during the launch, and we’re truly sorry for the confusion it may have caused. We have already included the size recommendation on our website moving forward. If your item doesn’t fit as expected, we’re more than happy to offer a free exchange as long as it hasn't been used/washed yet.
We’ve already resolved this issue for our December restock, and the sizing will match our previous tops moving forward.

Very disappointing exchange experience.
My size exchange request was rejected because the store claimed the item had a "perfume-like scent" and was therefore contaminated. If an item can be considered contaminated simply from being transported in a travel bag or stored with personal belongings, then many customers could face the same issue.
The item was returned clean and in good condition, yet a straightforward exchange became a lengthy and frustrating process. While the store eventually agreed to return the item at their expense, the overall customer service and handling of the situation were disappointing.
I would think twice before purchasing again.

We completely understand your concern. The exchange process followed our standard exchange policy, which only allows size exchanges and requires returned items to be in their original condition. To help resolve the scent concern, we offered to give the item a few extra days so the perfume-like scent could naturally fade before proceeding with the exchange. When you politely declined, we offered to shoulder the return shipping cost so your item could be sent back to you at no additional expense.

Bought the navy blue since I’m more comfortable in darker shades now I'm on my late 40s.The fit is really nice—not too tight, but it stays put. I can get through my Pilates session without having to fix my top or think about it, which I love. Comfortable & easy to wear.
