Thank you for reaching out and sharing your concern. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience! There was an error in our recent production that caused a 1–1.5 inch difference in sizing, and because of this, we recommend sizing down for this batch so that it will be the same measurements as your usual size. So if you're usually a size small, we'd recommend extra small for the tops in our neutrals collection!
It was our oversight not to include this information on our website during the launch, and we’re truly sorry for the confusion it may have caused. We have already included the size recommendation on our website moving forward. If your item doesn’t fit as expected, we’re more than happy to offer a free exchange as long as it hasn't been used/washed yet.
We’ve already resolved this issue for our December restock, and the sizing will match our previous tops moving forward.
